Anybody else worried about Cain and Lincecum? Bochy pretty much snapped Adam Eaton's elbow ligament himself back in 2001.

As a Giants fan, I'm really worried about Lincecum and Cain. Its ridiculous how Bochy treats the young pitching, especially on a team double digit games back in a crappy division. Lincecum's 138 pitch game the other night was sheer idiocy.

Surprise! No Dusty Baker!
I think I read an article a couple of years ago that analyzed Baker's use of pitchers and found that they only threw like 3 more pitches per start than the average. I guess we can stop making fun of him now.
I agree that Lincecum's 138 pitch outing was a bit much, but at least he had a shutout going. Ned Yost left Sabathia in for a 130 pitch complete game that was 7-2 by the 7th inning. Now THAT is stupid. But I guess that's why he got fired.
