People proposing awful trades. Especially with players that shouldn't even be on rosters, or guys they just picked up off FA.

managers who ask for players at a position you're thin at, and offer in exchange players at a position you're already overstocked at.
When I offer trades I try to address both my needs and the needs of the other team. People who ignore what I need really piss me off.

The one guy who picks up EVERY single hyped up player of the week. Obviously they never succeed, which is why they have so many crap players available to drop to make room for the next Matt Joyce, but it's still annoying to see a guy with about 10 star minor leaguers all locked up already.
Close second is the people who use the "trading block" function to list every player on their bench, as if someone will ever offer you a star for three guys who couldn't even crack your regular lineup.
