Greek God of Walks here, sadly in last place in the league. But I do have to say that Los Genius is a dick, so I probably would say he is my biggest rival in that league.

hahaha! That is funny. I am glad that I will win the rivalry with the Geek God.

TIm, you were waking up at 4am. I don't think that qualifies as a win.

No question my biggest rival is also my best friend. He wins virtually every year I've played with him... which is going on 12 years.

We have been in the same keeper league for 5 years and these were his 7 keepers - Pujols, Utley, Braun, Hanley, Sizemore, Holliday, and Webb. Then in the draft, he picked at least 6 of the guys I really wanted. Threw off my whole draft.

Now, 8 weeks in, he has 97 points out of 100 and even had 100 points for about a week. It's ridiculous.

Last year I came within 1.5 points of catching him in the last week of the season only to lose by about 7. Happens every year.

Oh, and he likes to remind everyone that he traded for all of his keepers so there's no one to blame but ourselves.

the second place team in the rotoauthority league.

i keed, i keed.

no, actually, in my longtime keeper H2H (i think this is the sixth year i've been in this league) i have finished with the best overall regular-season record for three years running. and in each of those three years, i have lost to the SAME dude in the finals... yeah, i'd say that's a rivalry. the dude even named his team "3x Defending Champs" this year... so i'm thrilled to no end that he's 1-6-2 so far (one point per week).

Raul freakin Ibanez. He has killed me in the championship game for THREE years running!!!

My boss, actually. Last year we went against each other in the semifinals of our head-to-head league and tied in categories. He won on a pointbreak. Over the two weeks of the finals, my team's numbers were enough to have beaten him or his opponent. One lousy pointbreak cost me the championship.
